- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you need a good Dr. don't go to Dr. Lonergan! Had been seeing him for my blood pressure for awhile now and went to him the other day because my eyes were bothering me my vision was blurred and also my rheumatologist had closed her office and asked him if he could refill my perception for prednisone until I could find a new rheumatologist have been on prednisone for seven years now and this stuff is not something you can just quit taking all at one time you can go in to withdrawals and possible Death you have to taper off it a little at a time. His answer to me was to just quit taking it! I know he's not a rheumatologist but he is suppose to be a dr. if he didn't know about the drug and didn't want to prescribe it he should have said so not just tell me to quit taking it! That was really bad advice. If I had not known better no telling what would happen to me! So if you need a good DR. I would not recommend him. I will never go back there again!
